A code of conduct serves as a guiding document that outlines the ethical standards, principles and behavioral expectations for individuals within an organization. It establishes a framework for fostering a positive and respectful work environment, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements and promoting integrity in all aspects of business operations.

At Consultix, we are committed to maintaining the highest standards of conduct, both internally and in our interactions with external stakeholders. This code of conduct is designed to provide clear guidance on the values we uphold and the behaviors we expect from every employee, representative and partner associated with our organization.

Respect and Inclusivity

Harassment and Discrimination

Harassment, discrimination or any form of bullying will not be tolerated. This includes offensive language, derogatory comments, personal attacks, or unwelcome advances. We respect personal boundaries and refrain from behavior that makes others uncomfortable.

Diversity and Inclusion

We embrace and celebrate diversity. We encourage the participation of individuals from all backgrounds, cultures and experiences. We create an atmosphere where everyone feels valued and empowered to contribute.

Appropriate Use of Resources

We use community or organizational resources responsibly. We respect intellectual property rights, copyrights and licenses. We do not engage in unauthorized use or distribution of proprietary information, software or materials.

Safety and Security

We prioritize the safety and security of all community members. We report any concerns, threats or incidents promptly to the appropriate authorities or designated individuals. We help to create an environment that is free from physical, emotional or digital harm.

Tax Compliance and Money Laundering Prevention

We comply with all applicable tax laws and regulations. Engaging in tax evasion or any illegal tax practices is strictly prohibited. Additionally, we refrain from participating in any activities that facilitate money laundering or the illegal transfer of funds. We report any suspicions or knowledge of such activities to the appropriate authorities.

Corruption and Undue Advantages

We prohibit any form of corruption, bribery or offering or accepting undue advantages. We do not engage in or tolerate practices that compromise fairness, impartiality, or the integrity of decision-making processes. We report any suspicions or knowledge of corrupt activities to the appropriate authorities.

Child Labor

We prohibit the use of child labor in any form. We ensure compliance with local and international regulations regarding the minimum age of employment. We support initiatives aimed at eliminating child labor and provide opportunities for children to access education and develop essential skills for their future.

Forced Labor

We prohibit and actively work to prevent any form of forced labor, including human trafficking and slavery. We treat all individuals with dignity and respect their rights as outlined in applicable international labor standards. We ensure fair employment practices, including fair wages, reasonable working hours and safe working conditions.

Service Orientation

We maintain a strong commitment to service and customer orientation. We strive to understand and meet the needs of clients, customers, or users. We provide prompt and effective support, demonstrating a helpful and solution-oriented approach.

Environmental Awareness

We promote environmental awareness and sustainability. We strive to minimize the organization's ecological footprint by conserving resources, reducing waste, and adopting eco-friendly practices. We support initiatives that protect and preserve the environment, such as recycling programs, energy-efficient measures and responsible consumption.

Protection of Assets

We safeguard the organization's assets, including physical assets, intellectual property, data and information. We use appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorized access, theft, or misuse. We follow established protocols for asset management and report any suspected breaches or incidents to the appropriate authorities or designated individuals.


We maintain a strong commitment to quality in all aspects of our work. We strive for continuous improvement, adhere to industry best practices, and deliver products, services or solutions that meet or exceed customer expectations.


We encourage the reporting of any known or suspected violations of laws, regulations or ethical standards. We protect whistleblowers from retaliation and ensure their anonymity, where applicable and legally permitted. We provide clear channels and procedures for reporting concerns, including confidential or anonymous reporting mechanisms. We investigate all reports promptly and take appropriate action to address and rectify any identified violations.

Compliance and Consequences

Compliance with this code of conduct is mandatory for all individuals participating in the community or organization. Failure to comply may result in appropriate consequences, which may include warnings, temporary or permanent bans or other actions deemed necessary by the organizers or administrators.



Whenever a potential violation of this Code is identified, a report (also anonymous) should be made to the CTO Alexander Bruder or the CEO Andres Dickehut. The information will only be shared with those involved in the problem.

We are convinced that transparency and trust are essential for long-term and sustainable business success, which is why Consultix makes its Code of Conduct available to its employees, business partners and third parties.
