Bremen, 24 May 2016 – The Group of Analysts (TGOA) has scrutinized ProCampaign, the secure customer engagement hub for marketing campaigns and the entire customer life cycle. The following four categories were assessed: Ability to execute, market penetration, future-proofness and technology. TGOA concludes that the customer engagement solution “is a very strong product (…) especially when compared to large, global enterprise solutions”. TGOA visualizes its rating in clear charts, which are known as “Market Performance Wheels” (MPW). These circular diagrams permit multi-dimensional analysis and capture the DNA of the enterprises and solutions under assessment. ProCampaign achieved top marks in the areas of ability to execute, future-proofness and technology. However, it had to accept a loss of points due to the size of the company, which with about 100 employees is still quite small, and as a pure software as a service (SaaS) with regard to licensing turnover. TGOA did, however, admit that many ProCampaign clients consider short communication channels and personal contacts an advantage.
