ICANN Board has approved a modification to the Rules. UDRP claimants and respondents are no longer required to provide hard copy documents to the UDRP Providers, but in electronic form. The UDRP Providers only need to issue hard copy notice that a UDRP complaint has been filed.
These altered rules affect all UDRP proceedings filed on or after 1 March 2010.
