ICANN approved Non-Latin .IRAN Top-Level Domain

Approval allows the availability of Persian ccTLD

ICANN, Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers, has announced their confirmation of the non-Latin ccTLD string for Iran.

The non-Latin .IRAN will be added to the list of confirmed Internationalized Domain Names (IDN) ccTLDs such as India, Republic of Korea, Syrian Arab Republic and Singapore.
